1. The raw materials are made of brand new PP plastic + 15% wave fiber brand new material, with an integral outer frame, the thickness is not less than 6MM, the lower part of the chair back is designed with arc-shaped air holes, and the handle is designed to be about 40MM wide for easy movement; the upper part of the chair back is designed with an independent integral hook, which is made of PP injection molding. Considering safety, the arc design is all around, which can be used for hanging bags. The hook size is about 44*14mm (length and width), and the hook is ≥73mm from the ground; the chair back size is about 412*375 (width and height) MM, and the seat cushion size is about 450*432MM (width and depth).
2. The chair frame is made of iron pipes with a diameter greater than or equal to Φ22mm and a wall thickness of ≥1.8mm. The inner sleeve length at the bend is ≥210mmφ17mm and the wall thickness is ≥1.5mm. The connecting beam of the chair frame is welded with cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of ≥6mm, and the screw holes of the fixed bracket are made of PP injection molding.
